The Challenge

How to provide a tailored commercial real estate experience for brokers and clients in local markets? REsimplifi’s vision was to challenge the existing commercial real estate website monopolies that were an ever-present loom on the market and to provide localized, tailored support for both brokers and their clients. Being a small start-up, they needed someone who could provide the best support while keeping their cost-saving goals in mind.

Our Insight

From the beginning, Integral GIS was aware of the importance that open-source technology could play in helping REsimplifi achieve their goals while keeping costs down.  We wanted to push the boundaries of these solutions to their maximum so REsimplifi could get the most out of them.

Our Approach

Working closely with their team, Integral GIS began with constructing their open-source geospatial infrastructure, including hosting environments and databases. In an agile manner, we worked through iterative design and development cycles.

The REsimplifi app is fully mobile responsive, users can view property options on the go.
From the map view users can select a property point to view a summary of the information.
Our user-centered design approach for REsimplifi's commercial real estate application, allows for flexibility in viewing both the listings and the map.
The property listing page include all the relevant information for an individual property.
The REsimplifi landing page invites the user to discover the properties available in their community.

The Results

REsimplifi has continued to evolve into a significant competitor in the Southeast commercial real estate market, with over 250 brokers and thousands of listings on their site. We are excited to watch this company grow and expand into new markets.
